1.       Short-term study visa

2.       Tier 4 (Child) student visa

  • Shaheen Iqbal  Encompassing a global reach, having worked in the Gulf, the Indian subcontinent and now in UK, I have explored and retained the best practices that are to offer and incorporated it in Mepco. My core role is to deal with migrant recruitment for large and small groups of companies and provide them with the personalised service that they expect with regards to immigration compliance and sponsored migrant workers.

  • Moohi Shaheen  I have been engaged with Mepco UK Limited as an immigration consultant specialising in customer led immigration advice for independent companies and groups. As an advisor I have to meet the required professional standard in all of my activities. Your case will be handled with professionalism and sensitivity, providing you with advice and support at every step of the application process.

  • Julian Wells  I joined UKBA in 2003 as a Presenting Officer having previously worked in industry for 14 years primarily in marketing IT hardware. Between 2003 and 2007 I represented UKBA in approximately 3000 cases before the First Tier Immigration and Asylum Chamber. I specialised in Human Rights, particularly Article 8 family and private life, Article 3 – medical and exceptional compassionate circumstances, law relating to the Ankara Agreement, Marriage and employment law as it relates to Immigration Law. In 2007 I joined the Upper Tribunal team representing cases at the Upper Tribunal and case-working appeals before the High Court and Court of Appeal. Since 2011 I have been working in the private sector providing representation and advice to both corporate and private clients.
